  7.           This  third release  is mainly a  maintenance release  to fix a
  8.           number  of  irritating  bugs.   Also,  the  new  RA  1.10  uses
  9.           different structures  which more or less  forced me to  release
  10.           this 1.11 version now.

  12.           Please  note that  it's NOT  possible to  upgrade from  1.00 to
  13.           1.11 directly!  If you are  using 1.00 now  and don't  have the
  14.           1.10  archive,  please get  a hold  of the  Upgrade  program to
  15.           change your datafile to the new structures! (If you  can't find
  16.           it anywhere, just send me a netmail!)
